Deep energy retrofit project that saved 14% electricity, 43% natural gas, and 51% water - with a 9-Yr payback. The scope included: new condensing boilers, hot water heaters, and MUA units; advanced BAS controls; LED lighting; and ultra-low-flow plumbing fixtures.

The Advanced BAS Upgrade Project of this LEED Gold Certified building received a Carbon 613 Sustainability Project Award in 2020. The scope included the addition of new control points, the application of high-performance sequences of operation, and recommissioning.
